Urology Medical Office Building

DGA’s Role: General Contractor
Completion: 2020 

This project included the relocation of multiple urology practices from around the area into a single, state-of-the-art center that spans two floors and included 32 exam rooms and 11 procedure rooms.

The build-out included support spaces for the team of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, staff as well as a suite for clinical trials. 

All new finishes and re-configuring of existing building mechanicals were part of the project. As part of DGA’s work for the client a generator and new elevator were installed for the Urology practice.
