DGA’s Role: Construction Manager

This urban in-fill project included 99 upscale apartment units, as well as the conversion of an historic 110 year old home into a new meeting area and gathering space for a local veterans group. 

The new 99-unit apartment building is over 170,000 SF and included two levels of covered parking, two elevators with five-stop traction, fitness center, dog-wash and an outdoor patio with pergola space.
