28-bedroom student apartment within minutes from Ithaca College and Cornell University campuses in Tompkins County. The building offers a warm and welcoming design that elevates the standards of Collegetown living in Ithaca. 

New construction of a four-story, 28 bedroom unit building with basement, five apartment units. 9400 SF. Like other new buildings along the corridor, the four-bedroom apartment units center around a generous and well-lit living area with a balcony. 

Each apartment featured a resident study/lounge area, in-unit stackable washer and dryer, private balcony in all six unit apartments, Energy Star stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, energy-saving LED lighting, and closet space in every bedroom. 

Lean construction methodology is required, as the construction is taking place on a small city lot, with five feet from the property line on three sides. DGA Builders is practicing careful and efficient coordination of materials and labor in the confined space, while staying on schedule to open by the 2021/2022 academic year.
