This project centered on community outreach and providing accessible, high-quality healthcare for the City of Rochester and surrounding areas. The project was created by an all-woman design and construction management team. The work included renovated waiting room space, additional exam rooms, and secure, covered parking.

The project included the gut and renovation of 11,250 SF space within the 161 year old hospital building. The rest of the building was occupied and operational during project. The space was for two practices with 28 exam rooms for pediatrics, OBYGN, and Heath Reach. Extensive floor leveling was completed after the existing walls were removed, resulting in $46,000 of change order work. Despite the short delay caused by the floor leveling, the project still finished on time.
