DGA’s Role: Construction Manager

This project located in Clay, NY included the new construction of sixteen, 26-unit apartment buildings, fifteen free-standing ten-bay garage buildings, a community center, custom outdoor pool, indoor movie theatre, picnic pavilion, maintenance building, and two pump stations.

Rivers Pointe was constructed in two phases and took just over three years to complete. The greatest challenge during construction was the unstable sub-soil conditions and the presence of underground running springs. There were many instances where extraordinary geotechnical measures were taken to re-mediate or remove unsuitable material.
