The Ellison Heights Apartment project is a new development of 18.9 acres quietly tucked away in a hilly woods of Penfield, NY. This construction project included 180 multi-family residential apartment units located in five separate four-story structures totaling over 300,000 SF.

 

Each unit features stainless steel appliances, premium countertops, vinyl flooring, laundry, and walk in closets. There are parking garages below each of the five buildings.

Each of the buildings has enclosed common area parking beneath them; three of the residential buildings are connected by one large underground garage parking structure. It features a community center with a fitness center, business center, outdoor swimming pool, expansive recreation areas, grilling area, stone fire pit, and attractive gathering spaces.
