DGA’s Role: Construction Manager

The Trillium Women’s Health and Pediatrics project in Rochester, NY consisted of the demolition and interior renovation of approximately 25,000 SF of an existing structure to provide clinical space to house two new departments.

 

The project included patient rooms, staff support space, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure, site work, and exterior building improvements. The building had an existing operational pharmacy that operated throughout the construction and DGA worked closely with the staff to ensure minimal interruptions to their daily routine.

 

The new medical office building hosts Pathway Pediatrics, a division of Trillium Health, and the Center for Gynecological Care and Wellness. Also, an on-site pharmacy will offer convenience for picking up prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and home delivery.

 

More than 6,000 patients are expected to receive medical care at this office.
