DGA’s Role: General Contractor, Design-Build

This Design-Build project located in Chili, NY was a new buildout conversion of an existing auto service & repair facility into a state of the art Immediate Medical Care facility for Rochester Regional Healthcare with X-Ray capabilities.

The total buildout was 4362 SF consisting of 8 Exam / Triage Rooms, in house Laboratory space, Patient waiting areas, Medical staff space and an Imaging - X-Ray suite.

The primary challenge was removing the existing concrete slab inside an existing building (oil spills, etc) and installing all new underslab plumbing and drainage systems to accommodate the new floorplan/suite layout.
