DGA’s Role: Construction Manager

Completion: 2019

The Harley School Wellness Center project included construction of a new 5,000 SF wellness center, attached to the existing swimming pool building. This project included the construction of a new fitness room and dance studio. 

The new wellness center is adjacent to the school’s pool, adding bleacher space and windows within the pool facility. The project included increasing the size of the boys’ locker room along with new finishes and lockers on the first floor.

A new staff shower area was constructed on the second floor. The boys’ and girls’ locker rooms were refinished with new flooring, wall tile, and lockers. 

This project was completed with students and faculty continuing their daily activities in adjacent spaces.
