DGA’s Role: Construction Manager (CM) Agent

Completion: 2020

This project included six classroom additions at Ender’s Road and renovation to the High School Media Center and all toilet rooms. DGA additionally provided construction phase services at Wellwood Middle School. The work included coordination with the district architect, Client and community stakeholders. 

The project included a 20,000 SF addition containing a new main office, new cafeteria, kitchen, music rooms, and art classrooms. It involves renovations to over 100,000 SF of existing program space. New parking lots, bus lane, and playing fields round out the site improvements.
