Fairport Village Landing Upgrades

This project brings new life to the Village of Fairport NY, by enhancing the physical structure and visibility of the tenant businesses. Village Landing is a 120,000 SF mixed-use development that hosts retail stores, restaurant and business space.

DGA provided general contracting services that featured new signage, updated facades, new awning, masonry, additional exterior lighting, efficient use of space and overall better visibility of storefronts in both day and night. Exterior weight-bearing columns, some concrete pavement, and outdated light fixtures were improved.
