A five-story development with an underground parking garage and 111 units, totaling to 197,000 SF. It has retail space on the first floor and outdoor gated courtyards facing the Genesee river. 

Amenities feature a fitness center, dog-washing station, office space, mail room, bike storage, electric car charging stations, in-suite laundry, and gates and exterior doors secured by key-card, and billiards room.

The structure was built in the old canal bed and former Rochester Subway bed and Johnson-Seymour Raceway that feeds water under the Rochester Public Library and is used to cool the building. The Nathaniel is structurally connected to the Promenade pedestrian walkway at Erie Harbor, which was also built by DGA Builders.
