Clifton Heights Apartments

Clifton Heights is located in the Buffalo NY area in Erie County. The project included five apartment buildings with 26 units each. All units in the complex have gourmet granite countertop kitchens, private entrances, luxury flooring, walk-in closets, and covered patios.

Each unit features full-size washers and dryers. Clifton Heights has a clubhouse and pool area. The clubhouse building has a recreation room, fitness center, and large party room with attached kitchen and bar. 

Amenities include ten buildings for five-bay garages, pool, dog park, and a clubhouse.
