DGA’s Role: Construction Manager

This project included new construction of a upscale, luxury apartment community that included six floors and 149 units located in the North Hills neighborhood, north of downtown Pittsburgh.

All one-bedroom and two-bedroom units were constructed with granite countertop kitchens, high end modern finishes, private balconies, and appliances. Spectacular views from the lobbies, bedrooms and unit decks add to the upscale design of the building. A unique penthouse clubroom opens to a roof-top terrace. Community lounges and kitchens, grill stations, fitness center and pet washing station complete the amenities.

The compact site required the building to be constructed on a podium. The ground floor, open air garage is separated by a three-foot floor from the five stories of wood residential construction above.

This project won the Apartment Excellence Awards for Multi-Story New Construction Overall Community Appeal by the Apartment Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh.
